Buying bathroom leads

Fixr publishes a national band of $100 to $240 for bathroom leads depending on intent and exclusivity, then splits it: exclusive high-intent bathroom leads at $150 to $180, shared high-intent bathroom leads at $80 to $120 where two or three contractors get the same homeowner.

The same page puts the raw cost of generating a bathroom lead through Google and Facebook at about $100, and says to expect at least $150 for a genuine exclusive one from a lead generation company. The $50 difference is what the qualification and the exclusivity are being priced at.

Niche conversions are named on that page as the higher-margin end of this trade. If you specialise, it is worth asking whether a source can filter to the job you actually want rather than selling you the whole category.
