Fixr is the most useful source in this record for a contractor buying fresh leads, because it does the one thing the marketplaces will not: it prints a price per trade and separates the tiers inside it. Seven trades carry a live page with figures on it, and the figures distinguish an exclusive lead from a shared one and from affiliate traffic, which are three different products routinely quoted as one.

The tiers, and why the split matters more than the number
On roofing it prints exclusive high-intent leads at $150 to $180 and shared high-intent leads, seen by two or three contractors, at $80 to $120. On siding it goes further: $225 and above exclusive, from $140 shared, then $50 to $75 for exclusive affiliate leads and $20 to $40 for shared affiliate leads. On HVAC it splits by job instead, repairs at $100 and full replacement at $150.
Two variables are being separated there that most sources merge: how many contractors receive the same homeowner, and where that homeowner came from. Both move the price by more than the difference between vendors, so a single quoted number tells you very little until you know which cell of that grid it sits in.
A seller explaining its own floor
Several of its trade pages state what a lead costs to generate before it is sold: about $70 raw for a window lead rising to about $140 verified, about $100 raw for a bathroom lead, and closer to $200 for a verified siding lead. It then warns repeatedly against leads offered at $20 or $30 as usually old data with expired consent to be called.
That is a seller arguing for its own prices, and it should be read as such. It is also checkable arithmetic in a market where almost nothing is, and the compliance point behind it is not a sales line: calling a contact whose consent has lapsed is the contractor's exposure, not the seller's.

- Its published exclusive siding tier starts at $225 against $150 to $180 for roofing. It does not explain the gap on the page, so this site does not either; what it does publish is that a verified siding lead costs it closer to $200 to generate.
- What is an affiliate lead?
- On its siding page, affiliate leads are priced separately and much lower, at $50 to $75 exclusive and $20 to $40 shared. The page is explicit that they behave differently from high-intent leads, which is why they are a separate tier rather than a discount.
