Roofing lead generation companies and what each one charges

Roofing is the best-documented trade in this record and the most expensive one to buy work in. Three sources keep a live roofing page and all three publish a figure, which happens in no other trade here. This page sets those figures beside each other, names which companies sit in the shared band and which in the exclusive one, and says who publishes nothing.

Choosing a roofing lead generation company

  1. Decide repair or replacement first. A roof repair enquiry and a full replacement carry very different job values, and the exclusive band published for this trade runs from $40 to $550 partly for that reason. Buying both at one price means overpaying for one of them.
  2. Price the shared tier honestly. Shared roofing leads at $80 to $120 look like a bargain against $150 to $180 exclusive until you count how many of them you lose to whoever called first. Decide by your own answer time, not by the discount.
  3. Check the storm-season terms. Roofing demand and roofing lead prices both spike after weather events. Ask whether the rate you are quoted is fixed for the term or floats, because that clause is worth more than the negotiation.
  4. Work out cost per roof, not per lead. The published example in this market is $190 a lead, two and a half leads to a job, about $475 of lead cost against roughly $4,000 of gross profit on a $12,000 roof. Run it on your own average job before you sign anything.

What the three publishers charge

Fixr prices its roofing tiers apart: exclusive high-intent leads at $150 to $180 and shared high-intent leads, seen by two or three contractors, at $80 to $120. 99 Calls bands the wider market and names the players, putting shared leads from Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack at roughly $25 to $200 and exclusive leads from Service Direct, 99 Calls and 33 Mile Radius at roughly $40 to $550.

Aged Lead Store's roofing guide sits at the other end entirely, putting aged roofing records at approximately $0.25 to $1.50. Those three reads do not contradict each other; they price three different products that are all sold to roofers as roofing leads.

Reading a competitor's price map

99 Calls sells exclusive leads and its guide prices its own competitors. That does not make the figures wrong, and it does mean they are printed here with 99 Calls named as the one saying them, never attributed to Angi or HomeAdvisor as their own price.

It is the only place in this record where the big marketplaces are priced at all, because none of them publishes a figure we could read. A number a competitor publishes about you is evidence about the competitor as much as about you, and a roofer is entitled to know which they are looking at.

Who publishes nothing on roofing

Angi and HomeAdvisor refused an unauthenticated read outright. Modernize returned an empty body. Service Direct answered a bot challenge rather than a page. 33 Mile Radius serves a cost-per-lead calculator at its pricing URL with no prices in it until you type your own.

CraftJack, which roofing listicles still name as an independent option, no longer exists as one: its pricing pages now redirect to Angi's pro signup. Any comparison that still lists it separately has not checked.

Common questions

What do roofing leads cost from a lead generation company?
Where published: $150 to $180 for an exclusive high-intent lead and $80 to $120 shared, with one source banding the wider exclusive market at $40 to $550 and shared marketplaces at $25 to $200.
Which roofing lead companies publish their prices?
Fixr publishes a tiered rate card, 99 Calls publishes market bands including its own, and Aged Lead Store publishes aged roofing prices. The marketplaces do not.
Is CraftJack still a separate roofing lead source?
No. Both its pricing and its contractor-leads pages now redirect off-domain to Angi's pro signup, which was re-confirmed for this record in September 2026.
Are aged roofing leads worth buying?
At approximately $0.25 to $1.50 they are cheap enough to test, and they are a list rather than a lead: the homeowner asked weeks or months ago and may well have hired somebody. They pay only worked at volume with a system.
